Big series against a team with pretty much the opposite problem as the Yankees. Houston can hit, they just can’t pitch. So movable objects are facing resistible forces this weekend. Hopefully the Yankees prevail.
If they get past Rice we won’t score
You owed us Altuve. Now you owe us one less.
Yankees trying to hit into a double play. Succeeded on the second try. Gianni you couldn’t just strike out that time?
Keep that up Jazz and you might get promoted from the JV
Maybe he really is trying to go oppo and the other one wasn’t a fluke.

Warren, too many pitches.
Kay “high fly ball, there it goes, caught by Bellinger.”
Welcome to the varsity Jazz.
Jazz heating up.
Skenes perfect through six.
Is this where Warren self destructs?
No.
Two out single in the 7th off Skenes, ending the perfect game and no-hitter.
phenom 0-4, 2Ks. He’s ready. Martian 0-4, Spence 0-3. Lombard 0-3 thru 7.
Jorbit Vivas .302 ba .764 ops. Maybe not just Peraza.
That is an ugly night.
Why swing at that pitch, Judge?
Uh-oh, Stanton.
Injury?
Good time for Cruz to shit the bed but with Jake Bird warming this game might not be over.
I guess the game is Cruz proof.
Yay win!
Apart from the injury to Stanton, this game was a pleasant surprise. Warren limited damage. He seems like even against a decent offense, he could be counted on to at least keep the team in the game in a long-relief playoff appearance. And thankfully, the bottom of the order didn’t entirely collapse against the mediocre pitching. Jazz even had a good day, except maybe that last challenge – though as poorly as it might reflect on his eye, it was still sort of defensible given the full count and two challenges left in the 9th inning.
