I get that Grisham has to play, but why not rest Goldy tonight against the righty?
Gleyber 304/857
Soto 248/835
Yankees plan to activate DJ LeMahieu tomorrow, start him Wednesday, Boone says
If they’re not going to play him till Wednesday, with Thursday off, why not give him two more games at Scranton and play him Friday.
It’s SO dumb.
Jeeez. From impressive to scary in a heartbeat.
LHBs hitting 318/1052 before tonight vs Schmidt this season. For his career 286/839. Clarke needs another pitch.
Like to see phenom walking. Surprised he didn’t run tho 6/9 is not great.
.
Can DJ be worse than Peraza 191/617, Vivas 158/515 or Reyes174/414.
The question is – can any of them be better than DJLM?
I think it makes sense to find out. How much can DJLM really mean for the future?
Okay, I did not see this season for Grisham coming.
Not the guy I was harboring high hopes for.
Wow.
Babe Grisham
Judge back up to 414
Finally. Wells has been close, but off, for too long.
There’s a wind vortex in that exact spot that sucks the ball in.
This is a good inning. I’m a This Inning Enjoyer.
Leiter keeps fucking Yankee starters at the ends of their good games.
Judge out there diving for balls with a six run lead makes me want to go yell at my dog.
It makes me want to yell at your dog too
I feel the Yankees may regret not cashing in last inning
The Raleigh home run I’m fine with (that dude hits a LOT of home runs), but the walk was some bullshit. What the fuck, Hill?
Devin? Cruz?
That was a generous strike 1
Come the fuck ON, Devin.
What a night for Volpe!
So close to a line-up opening with 4 players OPSing over 900.
Maybe don’t always be so aggressive with a big lead.
Well fuck. ACL?
Would it be against the rules to just give him a shot of morphine.
What’s happening
This looks just hideous.
WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO HIM?
Please be all right.
Can someone comment for the GD only people please
I’m only on GD as well, but reading through game comments on Pinstripe Alley it sounds like Oswaldo Cabrera severely injured his ankle or possibly knee scoring on Judge’s fly ball. People are speculating broken or dislocated ankle.
Knew something would happen when DJLM threatens to rejoin the team…
Wound it back… the ankle?
Despite the fact that the announcers say they’re not showing the replay because it’s too gruesome, It’s not obvious,
Cabrera ran around the tag and stopped short to come back to home plate, sliding and falling back to home plate… and then lay there in obvious awful pain. They didn’t even want to turn him over, they were afraid to move him. Both teams’ medics were out there, they took him off in an ambulance, strapped tight to the stretcher.
good lord. thanks for the update
Cabrera slide was really weird and he did something to his shoulder/arm… they are bringing the stretcher and now it seems like it could be his leg… they are putting the something in a compression sleave…. I’m listening to the radio.
They had him taken off in an 🚑, so a major injury. 🙁
I guess in the end, I blame DJ LeMahieu
Fair, and just.
I guess Pablo Reyes’ Yankee career was just saved.
Okay, so DJ at third, and Peraza and Vivas splitting time at second?
