  1. Goldy sitting against a righty. Is Boone reading this site?

I like going up against Litell since one of my great childhood memories is Chris Chambliss taking Litell deep to win the 1976 ALCS. Pretty sure this guy isn’t the same one though.

  2. How bad is Wells? 3-33. Just struck out swinging on 3 pitches none of which were strikes. His OPS now under 700. Last September/Octoberseems to be the real Wells. The two phenoms with 2 atrocious ABs after the leadoff double. Last 14 days 074/346. What eo the Yankees do to ruin their promising young players?

  3. This team is so frustrating, they have so few good games. Yankees only have 3 hitters in the lineup with BAs 260 or higher. Sometimes you just need a single like that one.

  4. Boston just won 13-1, it was over by the 5th, the Yankees never seem to do that. We seldom get more than 5 or 6 hits two so far today against a right handed non ace.

  5. They keep talking about the Jays. This team is more likely to miss the playoffs than win the division. Seriously how long has it been since they actually look good for more than 2 or 3 games. Fangraphs has us 88% to make the playoffs,I’ll take 8/9-1on that.

  6. Devin is the worst piece of shit In history. Worse than bad Chapman.Worse than bad Holmes. Worse than Farnsy. Two walks and a hit today. A walk and a hit today, A 5 era.

    1. I just figured Cashman’s not a stupid man so he wouldn’t keep a bad manager.

  7. they’re not good, but over the past month they have fought a little harder than in previous years.

3-6 now in extras or something like that… but hopefully it’s a trend

    1. are those catch percentage numbers available publicly yet?

anyway i was listening to the game and nothing makes me wince more than hearing “ground ball to short”

  8. Alden Gonzales “ SEA lineup starts JP Crawford, Julio Rodríguez, Cal Raleigh, Eugenio Suárez, Josh Naylor, Randy Arozarena.

Rotation: Bryan Woo, Logan Gilbert, George Kirby, Luis Castillo, w/Bryce Miller returning.

Bullpen: Andrés Muñoz, Matt Brash, Eduard Bazardo, Caleb Ferguson, Gabe Speier.
