Well, THIS is a fine mess they’ve gotten themselves into, eh?
Any time you can say, “Well, we need Carlos Rodon to not suck for us to avoid elimination,” then you know you might not be getting what you want.
One interesting fact, though, is that the Blue Jays’ record of the most runs scored in the first two games of the postseason? It just edged out the previous record held by the 2020 Yankees. And, well, the 2020 Yankees didn’t make it out of the ALDS, for whatever it is worth.
So come on, Blue Jays, choke like the 2020 Yankees!
They’re not going to choke like the 2020 Yankees.
It’ll soon just be me dreaming about Kyle Tucker playing here next season…
Mariners -Tigers, expected to start at 7 PM Eastern.
