  1. McMahon was never a good hitter but he always had a little bit of power. Now he comes to a short porch field, Rowson tinkers with his stroke, and he can’t get it out of the infield.

    1. 1 run in three innings with a good pitch count, I think you’re all right so far.

  2. That’s the second ball Judge has hit in a few days that was too hot to handle, right? That a third-baseman bobbled… and Judge SOMEHOW didn’t beat it out. Like he was jogging, no?

    1. 6-9 career BAs 246/222/226/237

Several New York Yankees hitters have adjusted their batting stances early in the 2026 season, focusing on widening their bases, altering their positioning in the box, and improving hip mobility to increase contact and power.

      James Rowson is the best.

  3. What’s the statistical probability that five guys in the lineup would all be hitting fifty points lower than their career numbers and it’s random and it has nothing to do with Rowson and Boone? Put an actuary on that. Rice and Rosario are the only hitters out performing their expectations.

  4. Someone had a post mocking the fact that Trout was so low in most fantasy drafts. It wasn’t about his talent, dickweed, it was his constant injuries. He was killing the ball in 2024, as well, and then got hurt again.

    1. They’re both having good seasons, why would you want them up there instead of the most ineffectual hitter in baseball? You gotta think these things through next time
