If they can’t beat up on Patrick Corbin, what are we even fucking doing here?
I really don’t love listening to Suzyn and Ricky.
But – soooooooooooo much better than Flash!
Am I a bad person if I just don’t care about Kenny spending time with his family? Isn’t it enough for him to spend time with us?
Kenny was the best. Kenny and Cone were just brilliant.
Judge with a 2-0ut 2B, Stanton K’s. They hate hitting with RISP.
Announcers starting to praise Corbin. That can’t be a good sign.
But so far, and not unexpectedly, the Yankees revive Corbin.
•••••••••
Right-handed hitters torch Patrick Corbin.
Left-handed hitters beat up MacKenzie Gore (tomorrow’s starter)
Hey, I am just trying to give you some reasoning for no Austin Wells tonight.
I am not saying I like it…

Riccardo: “Right down the middle!”
Barely caught the top of the strike zone.
Corbin better be pulling a Richard Pryor from… let me look that up… Brewster’s Millions, apparently, it was called.
Yanks have hit about ten of those, none got through.
Playing down to the opponent, here, a guy who is torched by RH batters.
Well, you can’t expect Cole to keep up with the likes of Corbin, can you? Just not a reasonable expectation.
Cole gives up a HR to a guy with 1 HR. This team is so wearying.
Ratso with a home run.
Chaparro might’ve been a nice right handed bat.
Well, that’s just ridiculous. Nice catch.
How does a team that cumulatively scores a lot of runs look so bad so often against bad pitchers, usually but not always left handed? I wonder if you graphed run scored per games the curve would have a lot of concentration in the two tails.
How many times in the last month has a Yankee broadcaster say he doesn’t look l8ke a pitcher with such a bad record.
Corbin’s seventh scoreless start in the last 5 years.
Trevino can’t throw the ball any more.
Bad throw Trevino, missed tag Jazz, error DJ, nobody covering second on steal.
Shit show.
The Yankees are so dumb, because LeMahieu hit two fly balls last night, and it just happened to be with a man on third and less than 2-outs both times, they think that was something. Hes’ done, Boone, he’s done, Cashman.
I suppose Rizzo might relegate DJ to the bench, but Vertigo’s here to stay.
Yankees score 5 in 2 days against the worst staff, then 10 the third day. Yeah the mean is 5 but the mean is so misleading.
How will this end, other than badly?
With the ninth inning, apparently.
Nice FAIL, Judge. DP #20 on the season.
Ha Ha.
Stanton, another RISP fail. Well, I did say it would end badly.
Two on one out Vertigo GIDP. Next inning bases loaded no out, Judge GIDP. Judge now tied for second in GIDP at 21. Last year he grounded into 5. The year before 14. Previous high 16.
So much stink in one game.
A 110.5 MPH triple for Jasson Dominguez. He has 2 hits tonight.
(Someone said the hardest hit ball in AAA this year).
Martian with a single and a triple but Vertigo has the LF job locked up.
Phenom with a clutch ground out.
Pinch hit Waldo?
No.
DJ is done, everyone but Cashman and Boone know this. LOL, an 81.6 MPH 235 foot fly ball.
More of that RISP fail; epic CT several innings in a row.
Shit show game, shit show broadcasters.
0/8 RISP. Only 8 LOB thanks to two DPs.
The yanks are a good team. Good but not great due to flaws. The biggest flaws are a GM who can’t admit to a mistake and a manager who’s a dufus. This makes the players with flaws more noticeable.
They’ll make the playoffs. And then you either hope that judge/soto/stanton go crazy or once again we’ll go home without a WS appearance. Sigh
That is a mortal insult to dufuses everywhere.
Ian Hamilton AA 1.1ip 0r 0h 3k
Trevi is 1/18 but is starting against most LHPs.
LOL Boone, why didn’t you pinch hit for LeMahieu? Splits, something, something, something.
Finnegan does have splits this year, but not for his career.
Dodgers leave men on first and second, Os win 3-2.
Can’t believe they lost THAT match-up.
