  1. RAB Gleyber makes an error, Cole can’t put Mike Tauchman away with two strikes, and the right fielder playing center field lets a catchable ball drop in. Bad.

    Da Yankees

  2. Dick Fitts and Greg Weissert pitching a zero earned run game together is very annoying (to be fair, Fitts wasn’t actually all that good. Six hits in five innings against the White Sox). It’s even more annoying when the Yankees just keep on sending Verdugo out there.

  3. Three Friday, all in one inning. Two yesterday, both gifts. One today. All their pitchers are pretty good. None that good. They shouldn’t all be dominating.
    This team can’t hit.

  4. That was an impressive inning against a pitcher with a 4.6 ERA. phenom is such a disappointment. Verdugo sucks. Yankees once had the M&M boys, now it’s V&V.

    1. The Yankees have not hit for quite a while against a lot of bad pitchers. Six runs in 3 games.

    1. If they had the Martian he could give everybody a rest. Boone used to give too many days off, now he doesn’t give any.

  5. This is a very poorly run operation. Hal doesn’t care, so long as he can dive into a pool of gold coins, emulating his childhood hero, Scrooge McDuck. Winning a WS? Who needs it.

    1. lol, he’s getting his first start in CF as a Yankee tonight over Grisham. Judge DHing.

Jasson starting in LF and hitting 6th.

  6. I legit don’t get it. Who gets DFAed to make room for Berti on the 40-man? Ellis was sent down last night. Why would they option him to the minors if they were just going to cut him? So it’s PROBABLY not him, right? So…uhm…who is it?

  7. I suggested that they find an excuse to put DJLM on the IL and they did! I also suggest they bring him back for spring training and if he shows nothing release him then. Maybe he was playing hurt all year. He’d be a decent bench player if he’s not hurt. But they still need to find starters at 1b, 2b or 3b (jazz only plays one) plus an OF if Soto leaves and at least two relief pitchers. That’s a lot of work for a GM who is past his prime.
