Don’t worry, Rodon will eat some innings to protect the bullpen after giving up seven in the first.
MLB dot com referring to Chisholm as a star is LOL funny.
Jazz #13.
Boone believes Vertigo’s about to go on a heater.
A perfect fit. JD Davis could’ve done that and we keep Ramirez.
Gleyber with a hit with RISP. Was the baserunning by design or a mistake? Either way I hate it.
Gleyber feeling the heat, responding positively for now. But then TJPSOB strikes.
Fascinating interview
I don’t get the Chisholm acquisition to have him play CF over a very good Grisham.
It’s only for now. They plan on Chisholm playing third base, but they couldn’t expect him to just show up and play third base right away, so they’re letting him play center for now while he gets a crash course in playing third.
Who’s pitching? Is that the new guy?
Chisholm fits the Yankees like a glove.
He didn’t hit into a DP….yet.
As I was saying.
Why did Boone bring in Rodon? The other guy was pitching.
Judge hit that hard, wrong spot.
I know 6 IP, 2 ER, 1 BB, 7 K is a good line, but it’s amazing the way Rodon can make it feel like a shitty outing.
Wells hits fly balls. Very UnYankee like.
They should have a talk with him. Now Chisholm has fit right in, no going against the grain for him.
Loving this Chisholm guy. He brings a lot of energy.
What now? 95 pitches.
I hate giving up 0-2 hits to guys like Danny Jansen. Time to watch some Olympics and avoid the inevitable. Jim McKay is so good.
Rice showing some life
Volpe hits like a 35-year-old.
Oswaldo!
Waldo>phenom now?
Le Machine est remplacement défensif
Jazz speed and DJ POWER.
Gleyber, smh. Then the next batter hits it to Gleyber and he fields it. Yay, win. Yay, taking 2 in [a row] Fenway.
Yankees Interested In Tommy Edman. Why?
Absolutely no idea.
Nice bounce back outing from Cousins. I really like Cousins.
As for Rodon, I mean, you have to admire the way that the guy sort of battles through his BS, at least.
And the offense was very nice!
Full props to Rodon, he had every chance to pack it in. Cole, Gil and Rodon could, in theory, be an imposing rotation.
Heyman says Nestor’s on the block.
I’ll riot.
